Jacklyn (Jackie) Smith Karceski has a life-long commitment to accessibility shaped by her experience with disabled loved ones. Her grandfather was instrumental in his involvement and set up of the Guide Dogs for the Blind in San Francisco Bay Area and she has family directly involved with guide dog training.

In addition, Jackie’s past volunteer experience included terms on several committees and the Board of Directors at the Lighthouse for the Blind in San Francisco.

Jackie is fortunate to be able to combine her personal passion with her professional commitment to produce accessible content for people of all abilities. In her current role, she is leading Amnet Systems in its efforts to help publishers with content that is born digital and born accessible.

Prior to joining Amnet, Jackie was the CEO of GreenPoint Global, a business process outsourcing firm focused on the publishing, healthcare, education and legal markets. Before GreenPoint, Jackie was a principal of 1020 Partners, a service consulting and investment firm for high-tech start-ups and early stage capital formation.
